  @Mary– Thanks! If you’re free, you should watch our prac­tice UStream some Tues­day night if you want a pre­view of the album. Also, I meant to tell you how amped I was that you put up a Nat Bald­win song on your blog the other day. I played a cou­ple shows with him back in the day when I lived in Boston. He’s a super, super nice dude!
  I’m going to try to come see you at KinkySa­lon on Sat­ur­day, since they TURNED ME AWAY AT THE DOOR for your show with Reg­gie Watts.

  @Kiersten– That room is in the Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo, which is one of my favorite places in the world.

  Loved the inter­view! I love the fact that you do so much and you have you hands in every­thing and you’re just GOOD at what you do because you love it so much. (there’s a lot of love and much in that sen­tence, jeez). Also the fact that you are right around my age really is like a kick in the pants, remind­ing me to just keep on.

  @Melissa– Thank you! & please do keep on.

  @Mary– I will never go back to that club again! Mak­ing us wait for 20 min­utes in the rain to “See if they have room for us” only to tell us “2 of you can get in, if you want.” This was, of course, after your set was mostly over.
  I can’t make it Fri­day cos I’m going to see Wall­pa­per and the Lim­ou­sines.
  That said, I haven’t been to KS in for­ever, and the idea of dress­ing up like candy sounds good to me right now– so I’ll prob­a­bly see you there!
  I’ve never played with Mat­son Jones, but I’ll be sure to check them out!
